Intervention Eiemene Injection On Chemotherapy-induced Thrombophilic Status (blood Stasis)

Object:1.In the view of condition of thrombophilia after the improvement of chemotherapy, to manifest the new scientific connotation of the alleviation of the therapeutic principle of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis for toxicity caused by chemotherapy.2.To offer evidences of experiment of seeking effective, economic and safe antithrombotic medicines from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and new methods of the prevention and treatment of condition of thrombophilia caused by chemotherapy from the beginning of the prevention and treatment of condition thrombophilia in Elemene Emulsion InjectionMethods:Clinically experimental methods of design including foresight, parallel control and stratified blocked randomization. The clinical research amounts to 60 examples for observation in which 30 examples in treatment group is treated continuously for fourteen days by chemotherapy, taking Jianpiyishen Compound and intravenous infusion of Elemene Emulsion Injection 600mg. The 30 examples in control group are treated by chemotherapy and Jianpiyishen Compound. The two groups will carry out respectively before and after therapy the assessment of symptoms of blood stasis syndrome and signs and the related investigation of indicators of condition of thrombophilia.Results:After patients in control group are treated, the number of fibrinogen, fibrin degradation product and D-Dimer in their bodies all increases in comparison with it before therapy. The results manifest the statistical significance (P<0.05). After patients in treatment group are treated, the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelet, plateletcrit PCT and fibrinogen all decrease apparently. The results also manifest the statistical significance (P<0.05).The total efficiency of symptoms of two groups of TCM is compared as 30.4% in control group and 66.7 % in treatment group. As a result, a remarkable difference has been found to be P<0.05. The comparison of two groups of symptoms and efficacy of single item of TCM and of it before and after therapy of every item of blood stasis syndrome in control group fail to manifest the statistical significance. But in treatment group, they all have the statistical significance (P<0.05). The above experimental results prove Elemene Emulsion Injection to have a superior efficacy on the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms and signs of patients with syndrome of blood stasis.Discussion:(1) In control group, the symptoms and signs of blood stasis syndrome of tumor patients after chemotherapy aggravate than before, and their indicators of coagulation and fibrinolysis both rise, and the formation of thrombus is found in one example of patient. To sum up, the results manifest that chemotherapy is one of important factors causing condition of thrombophilia of tumor. (2) In treatment group, the symptoms and signs of malignant tumor patients after chemotherapy alleviate and the number of platelets, plateletcrit PCT and fibrinogen all apparently decrease. The results manifest that Elemene Emulsion Injection can prevent and cure condition of thrombophilia caused by chemotherapy.
