Bile Reflux Gastritis Of Tcm Phenology Study

Bile Reflux Gastritis (BRG) is one of the main diseases in Spleen-Stomach Disease. This study was under the guidance of pattern identification and treatment of the Chinese medicine theory. We studied the syndrome of BRG in order to definitude its pathogenesisand the developing rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We also use the advanced statistics to study the TCM syndromes Of BRG, expected to make a useful attempt at promoting the clinicalresearch on CAG which should be more scientifizitional and normalizational. It can guide the practice, boost the curative effect and the treatment level.This thesis contains literature and clinical study.The literature review has two pieces. The first one is named the Chinese Medicine Study of BRG. It discusses the naming, its cause of disease and the pathogenesis through study of the classical theory of TCM that provides basis for clinical therapy method in future. It discusses the clinical application and therapy methods of historical Chinese Medicine Study through pattern identification and treatment, specialized prescription for special type and the treatment by both of TCM and the western medicine. It also introduced mentor Professor Liu Xiaobei of chronic gastritis (including BRG) of the understanding arid treatment experience. The second one is named the Modern Study of BRG. It aims to investigate its cause of disease and the pathogenesis, clinical therapy methods through pattern identification and treatment, specialized prescription for special type.It includes the current mechanism, the pathogenesis and the treatment of BRG. We revealed the present situation and weakness of the research on BRG.The part of the clinical observation study collected the clinical data of the 100 subjects who is in the course of BRG and have complete TCM clinical materials. All patients who underwent endoscope were studied with rapid urease test and histology pathology at the same time. An analysis is made to reveal the inter-relationship between different groups in the TCM pattern identification of BRG. Factor analysis is used to find the TCM pattern identification of BRG. Results show that TCM pattern identification for BRG disease, in general, is differentiated and overlapping. It is in line with the pathogenesis that prone to be complicated and the developing of TCM pattern Sidentification for BRG is basically variable. Through the statistics by factor analysis, the result shows that the 100 subjects who is in the course of BRG exist seven patterns, they are Gan Wei Qi Zhi with Qi Yu Hua Re, Pi Shen Liang Xu with Wei Qi Yong Zhi,Pi Wei Xu Han with Gan Wei Bu He, Gan Wei Qi Zhi with Shi Re,Qi Yin Liang Xu with Qi Zhi,Qi Ji Yu Zhi with Yang Xu,Pi Wei Bu He with Qi Ji Yong Zhi.
