Chronic Pharyngitis Syndrome Of Modern Literature

Purpose:Chronicpharyngitis is a kind of common disease among E.N.T. department, morbidity rate is quite high.Patients always have symptoms such as discomfort or foreign body sensation,It effects patiants'quality of life.This paper is to calculate and analyse the using rule of Chinese medicinal herb in modern literature studies on chronicpharyngitis,and to know clinician's thread by syndromes differentiation of tcm,custom and using rule of Chinese medicinal herb,come to guide clinical practice.Method:Eliminate the modern literature studies that have nonstandard recordation,too complex type of syndrome,surgical operation and other external therapy,only take 121 prescriptions of tcm that cure chronicpharyngitis by taking orally into calculate category,including 156 Chinese medicinal herb in all,then sort and analyse Chinese medicinal herb curing chronicpharyngitis in terms of applied frequency,four natures,five flavours,channel tropism,efficiency by FREQ.Result:Applied frequency over 20 times are xuansheng,jiegeng,maidong,beimu,shengdi,banxia,chenpi,fuling,shegan,chantui and so on; the most four natures are cold property,warm property and indifferen property Chinese medicinal herb,cumulative frequency can reach 94.49%;the most five flavours are bitter taste,sweetish taste and sharp taste,bitter taste takes proportion of 36.20%, sweetish taste takes 34.04% and sharp taste takes 21.05%;the most channel entry are lung channel,stomach channel,heart channel,liver channel,spleen channel,kidney channel,lung channeltakes 25.13%,stomach channel takes 17.08%; the most efficiency are clearing heat,reinforcing insufficiency,reducing sputum to relieve cough,coupled with relieving fainting,activating blood and dissolving stasis,regulating vital energy and so on.
