postgraduate: Jin Xiu Nan Advisor: Zheng Long ZhuIgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomernlar nephritis recognized by the world. According to statistics, it make up 36.9% percent of primaiy glomerular nephritis in our country, and it is the most common reason of leading to end-stage renal disease . Along with the launching of biopsy extensively and uric general survey, it is paied more and more attention by us .At present, morden medicine has no efficient way to therapy it . In this research mice are oraled with bovine serum albumin ( BSA) and give intravenous injections of Staphylococal Enterotoxin B (SEB) to reduce IgAN model , and compared with prednison to observe the effect of treating LgAN using Jiajian Xiaochaihu Tang , and the possibal mechanism of action.Femal BALBCIC mice 70 (weight 16拁- 18 g) were divided into 4 groups :the group N (normal group n=10) , C (treated by prednison n20) , Z (treated by Xiaochaihu Tang n=20) , M ( model group n=20). The model of IgAN made intravenous injections of SEB regularly on the basement of being oraled BSA stably ,mice were reduced LgAN. The two treated groups were oraled decoction of Zhong Yao and prednison respectively at the beginning of eighth week (one time per day) ; M group was treated by nothing ; N group was only presented with plain acidified water alternate day. All groups mice were given food and drinking freely. To observe hematuria under the light microscope and measured qualitative analysis of proteinuria ; finally determined Scr~ BUN and making immunofluorescence observed under light microscope and electron microscopeIt was found that compared with N group ,in M group the positive rate of hematuria and proteinuric rised gradully, at the tenth week reached 100 %Scr~ BUN higher obviously (p
