Abstract/Summary:
Study on the Protective Liver's Grape CapsulesfCollege qfPublic Health, Xnjiang AIedical Unive)-siIJ' )AbstractObjective: To study the Putaosuhugan capsules. Methods: Themature grapes and the waste residue of grapes in winery were collected, separated and grinded. The samples were extracted by the u1trasonic wave, and then, analyzed by HPLC. According to the results ofrmLC, the breedwas selected as material of capsules. Uniform design was used in thepreparing of grape capsules for optimization of prescription and method. The chemical reaction and the TLC were used to the qualit}' identificationof the capsule. The oleanolic acid of capsules was determined by HPLC.7Results:In the skins of the different breeds, we found that the content of Munage red grape form Kashi was 1.0082%, which was the highest in the fresh grapes?skin. The content of Manaizi grape from Yili was higher than from Tulufan. Among the three waste residues in different winery, the content of the XXX grape抯 skin was the highest (0.9803%). The XX grape was higher (0.9782%). The methodological investigation showed that the average recovery was 101.39% and the RSD was 0.70%. The content of oleanolic acid in capsule was 8.78%. In 40 minutes, the solubility of capsules was higher than 90%. The methodological investigation showed that the average recovery was 101.49% and the RSD was 1.25%.
