| Nowadays, because of the fast-paced life, people are suffered from increasing pressure derived from learning and working, which caused a lot of damage to human body. Bad habits like irregular diet and insufficient sleep can greatly affect human health and weaken immune system. Many data indicate that the number of sub-healthy people is relatively large, which should be valued. The best way to get rid of this and improve immunity is doing sports, having a routine life and using some health products.Immunity-boosting capsule comes from the experiences of pharmaceutical company, the product is made of some Chinese medicines, like Astragalus, Dendroblum candidum, Angelica, Ginseng, Lycium Barbarum and so on, which has the function of strengthening the body and improving the immunity. What's more, it can advance the immune system and eliminate the problems of sub-health. In this study, further investigation in manufacturing process and quality standard is conductedThis experiment is mainly about two aspects i.e., manufacturing process and quality standard. In the experiment, Box-Behnken design is adopted. We optimize the extraction process and select the best of it. Besides, we improve the fitting equation and use response surface methodology to analysis the result. We get to know that the fitting model has a good predictability after three verification experiments. Afterwards the forming process is studied and quality standard was established, which aims to identify the characters of immunity-boosting capsule and test the content of polysaccharide and calycosin glycoside. The stability of the capsule is tested preliminarily and we test it for six months. The result shows that the pre-treatment is convenient, stable and have the features of controlling the quality and preserving the effective materials. In addition, the method of qualitative identification and content determination are reasonable and easy to use, which can be used in quality standard research of immunity-boosting capsule. |
