ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of platelet activation to Qi-stagnation induced blood-stasis (QS BS ) and Qi-deflciency induced blood-stasis (QDBS) syndrome of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD), sumerize principle and practice. We understand the Blood-Stasis Syndrome more deeply with the modern measurement technique . In the meanwhile, we can find the atypical Blood-Stasis Syndrome and further prevent and treat the pathogeneris and development of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of CAD.MethodsThere were 32 Blood-Stasis Syndrome of CAD, 15 cases in QSBS and 17 cases in QDBS. Moreover ,12 cases were in normal control group. Expressions of platelet activating molecules, including u -granule membrane glycoprotciu (CD62P) and activating GP II b/ 111 a (PAC-1) in them were determined quantitatively with flow-cytometry , which were controlled between groups. Results1 PAC-l and CD62P expressions in QSBS patients of CAD were higher than those in the normal control group significantly (P<0.01).2 PAC-1 and CD62P expressions in QSBS patients of CAD were also higher than those in QDBS patients significantly (P |
