| Objective: Premature Ovarian Failure, which is called POF, is the ovarian function failure which is caused by many kinds of disease. It refers to the females whose menarche age is normal or pubertal delay, second sexual character normotrophic emerge menostasia continually and their sexual organ atrophy before forties years old, and it is accompanied by in the blood serum pituitary gonadotropic hormones level to elevate the syndrome which reduces with the estrogenic hormone level. As a result of this kind of patients'ovary secretory estrogenic hormone reduction, it often may cause the lipid metabolic disorder, the cardiovascular disease and influence woman's quality of life. This experimental study takes renal deficiency and hemophthisis as the basic pathogenesis, takes support blood and invigorate the kidney as the principle---"the support blood and invigorate the kidney prescription", and intends to probe into the curative effect and the function mechanism of the support blood and invigorate the kidney prescription to Premature Ovarian Failure rat lipid metabolic disorder treatment through establishing autoimmunity Premature Ovarian Failure rat highfat model, provide the reliable theory and the experiment for the Premature Ovarian Failure lipid metabolic disorder's traditional Chinese medicine treatment rests on.Methods: Stochastically 60 healthy SD female rat are divided into normal group, model control group, the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group, the traditional Chinese medicine low dose group and the western medicine treatment group. Under the light microscope, we observe the process of ovarian follicle's development is active. Obviously we can see that many all levels of ovarian follicles in the growth maturity with many granular cell layer and follicular fluid content, the clausura cell are few, the yellow body grows well, the volume is big, luteal cells are rich. Post-modeled rat have some changes: depressed, slow in action and reaction, irritability, loose in hairs, lacks the gloss, and easy to fall off, the weight loses and does not increase, the estrous cycle starts to lengthen even becomes disorder, gradually to non- estrous cycle. The sight with naked eyes is that the ovary volume obvious atrophy, the surface obvious pale, punctiform prominence breaks out few. Under the light microscope observation the ovary part is replaced by the fibrofatty tissue in ovary growing follicle and mature follicle number obvious reduction, even does not have the mature follicle; the growth of granular cell follicle quantity obvious reduction, and has various degree destruction; The atretic follicle increases; yellow body quantity obviously reduced (partial ovary yellow body even vanishing); In stroma of ovary leven ovarian follicle obviously lymphocyte infiltrated. In Pre-modeled model control group rat, the blood serum FSH and LH content increases obviously comparing with the normal group(P<0.01,P<0.05);the blood serum E2 content low obviously comparing with the normal group(P<0.05); TC,TG and LDL-C content increases obviously comparing with the normal group(P<0.01,P<0.05, P<0.01); HDL-C content low obviously comparing with the normal group(P<0.01).It is illustrating that the success of autoimmunity premature ovarian failure rat high fat model to establish. After the treatment, activity of the rat frequency increases, the coat color restores the gloss gradually. The estrous cycle restores, the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group reduces gradually to 5-6 days/time, the western medicine treatment group maintains 6-7 days/time, the traditional Chinese medicine low dose group is 8-9 day of/time finally. Body weight of rat in each group change variously, the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group has no obvious difference with the normal group in statistics (P>0.05), the traditional Chinese medicine low dose group has difference with the normal group in statistics (P<0.05), the western medicine treatment group has obvious difference with the normal group(P<0.01). Each group of ovary weight has increase comparing with the model control group, the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group and the western medicine treatment group increase obviously(P<0.01), and the traditional Chinese medicine low dose group increases obviously as well. But the effect is worse than the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group and western medicine treatment group. After the treatment, blood serum FSH,LH,TC,TG,LDL-C content in the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group and western medicine treatment group fall obviously comparing with the model control group. (P<0.01,P<0.05), blood serum E2 and HDL-C content increase comparing with the model control group(P<0.01,P<0.05);blood serum FSH,TC,LDL-C in the traditional Chinese medicine low dose group fall obviously comparing with the model control group.
