The project is an important part of national "863" program the developing research of complicated preparation of traditional Chinese medicine DGH, new drug ranked two, which cure retina pathological changes of diabetes.On the base of making sure the pharmacological effects of scutellarin, we studied on its pharmacokinetics , intestinal bacteria function about the ingredient and the comparison of pharmacological effects between them, the results as follows:1 , It has been carried out the studies on pharmacokinetics of scutellarin, the result suggests that there is different pharmacokinetic parameter with others, perhaps, these are relation to the function of kidney. So it can be father sure the process in the body and enhance the clinical curative effect.2, The research on the intestinal bacteria function of Erigeron breviscapus. Scutellarin is the main ingredient in the Erigeron breviscapus, and pharmacological test suggested scutellarin is the observable function on potic neuroprotection, but it has the lowest absorptivity by orally administered. In order to understand its mechanism, we have founded the method of intestinal bacteria function about the ingredient of Erigeron breviscapus, it can provide information for mechanism.3 , The comparison of pharmacological effects between Scutellarin and its metabolite by human's intestinal bacteria. The result shows that they are both neuroprotection. These can provide evidence for the substance of Erigeron breviscapus.
