Shigeaki Beneficial Damage The Decoction Qdbs Traumatic Optic Atrophy Of Clinical Studies

Objective: This study overview the research and treatment progress onTraumatic Optic Atrophy(TOA) in modern medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and stress on the research of the pathologic mechanism of TOA with"Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence"on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation . Besides,observe the clinical curative effect of treatment TOA with"Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence"by Chinese herbal medicinal broth"CHONGMINGYISUN decotion"and try to elucidate its operative mechanism.Method:The study selects 100 patients of TOA with"Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence"and these patients are randomly divided into experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The baseline data of two groups has no statistical difference.The experimental group are treated with"CHONGMINGYISUN decotion"and intravenous injection Dengzhanhuasu ,the control group with Methycobal and intravenous injection Dengzhanhuasu .Both groups are treated for 3 periods of treatment.Before and after treatment, patients'vision,visual field,vision evoked potencial(VEP),the TCM symptoms of"Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence"are collected. In the end,all the data are taken for statistical analysis .Result:The total effective rate of experimental group is 63%,while the total effective rate of control group is 44.4%.After taking Chisquare analysis ,we find that the curative effect of the two groups has remarkably statistical difference (p<0.05).The total accumulated points of TCM symptoms,clinical symptoms,vision,visual field(mean defect,loss variance ) of experimental group are all improved apparentely than control group; yet the variance of mean sensitivity,vision evoked potencial(VEP),tongue and pulse evidence in both group show no statistical difference.Conclusion: The character of symptoms and signs for TOA with Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence is stagnation,asthenia and stasis. In treating traumatic optic atrophy with"Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence", CHONGMINGYISUN decotion is more effective than Methycobal. It can be regarded as an effective recipe for curation of TOA with"Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence"...
