Sunflower Leaf Chlorogenic Acid Extraction And Blood Glucose Lowering Efficacy Studies

The disquisition did the pharmacodynamic experiment of distilling and dropping blood sugar of chlorogenic acid in the leaves of helianthus by using the Kunming mice. The whole experiment contains the text of distilling ,separating ,identifying and determining the chlorogenic acid in the leaves of helianthus by different ways ; the experiment of making the alloxan model diabetes of mice; the dependent experiment of the effect of the impure chlorogenic acid to the alloxan model diabetes mellitus blood sugar of mice; the experiment of the effect of the impure chlorogenic acid to the kidney weight /body weight of the alloxan model diabetes mellitus model of mice; the experiment of the effect of the impure chlorogenic acid to the normal mice's blood sugar; the experiment of the effect of the impure chlorogenic acid to the alloxan model diabetes mellitus mice's SOD, MDA,NO,NOS,TG; and the experiment of the effect of the impure chlorogenic acid to the alloxan model diabetes mellitus mice's metabolism.By using different ways to distill, separate, identify and determine the chlorogenic acid in the helianthus, the results showed that the best ways to distill the chlorogenic acid is that using 10 times 70% ethanol as diffusion to dip at 80℃ and pH6, reflowing 3.0h, extract that the highest content of the chlorogenic acid is 1.51%.The results of the experiment of the effect of the impure chlorogenic acid to the alloxan diabetes mellitus mice's blood sugar showed that three different doses of medicine all can reduce the blood sugar of the alloxan model diabetes mellitus mice; after giving different doses medicine the difference among the high ,middle ,low doses groups was not significant(P >0.05) , it indicated that the medicine had no dose dependent.The results of the experiment of the effect of the impure chlorogenic acid to the kidney weight/body weight of the alloxan model diabetes mellitus mice showed that...
