| This paper is about quality standard Qin-Lian tablet , which is composed of Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi, Fructus Forsythi, Shortsepal Goldthread , Amur Corktree Bark, Paeonia Lactiflora Pall and Licorice Root . In the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medical science , the tablet has been used to treat cephalalgia, sore, and infection of the peogaster system diseases over a very long period of time and has produced a quite good effect. It was listed in the Drug Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China . In Chp2005 baicalin , berberine hydrochloride , paeoniflorin , phillyrin, glycyrrhizinic acid were identified by TLC , baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Qin-Lian tablet was determined by HPLC simultaneously . Peaoniforin in Qin-Lian tablet and were glycyrrhizinic acid determined by HPLC.In this paper , baicalin , berberine hydrochloride were identified and phillyrin t peoniforin and glycyrrhizinic acid in Qin-Lian tablet were determined Simultaneously . Above methods provided a qualitative and quantitative basis for the quality standard of Qin-Lian tablet, with the posts clear , reproducible and only, it was effective to differentiate these six medicinal materials in Qin-Lian tablet.Simultaneous determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride contents in Qin-Lian tablet by HPLC . They had good linearity within the rang of 0.010 ~ 0.122 mg·mL-1(r=0.9997) , 0.013~0.152 mg·mL-1 (r = 0.9998) respectively . The average recoveries of them were 98.2% (RSD1.9%) 和 97.7% (RSD 1.6%) respectively.Peaoniforin in Qin-Lian tablet was determined by HPLC. It had good linearity within the rang of 0.058-0.696mg·mL-1 (r = 0.9997 ) . The average recoveries of it was 97.4% ( RSD = 1.3%) .Glycyrrhizinic acid in Qinlian tablet was determined by HPLC.
