In this paper , in order to obtain the chemical constituents from Gentiana scabra Bge.. The MeOH extract of Gentiana scabra Bge. was studied. Twenty compounds were isolated and puified by various chromatographic methods, such as silica gel column chromatography, macroporous resin column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography(PTLC) and so on. According to the physiochemical properties and the comparision with the literature data, the structure of sixteen compounds were identified. They were elucidated as following: kaempferol (S-1), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (S-2), kaempferol-3,7- O-di-β-D-glucopyranosi -de (S-3), isoorientin (S-4), β-sitosterol (S-6), gentiopicroside (S-7), pranferin (S-8), doucosterol (S-9), (+)sesamin (S-10), D-fructose (S-11), 2-hydroxy-3-β-D-glucosyloxyben-zoic acid methyl ester (S-12), salicylic acid (S-13), ferulic acid (S-14), D-mannitol(S-15), oleanolic acid (S-16), trifloroside (S-17). Among them, compounds S-3, S-8, were isolated from the genus for the first time. |
