| Object: To observe the clinic effect of ke liu wan with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer.Method: 30 cases of advanced non small cell lung cancer were chosen and randomly divided into tow groups, 15 cases of trail group were treated with ke liu wan and chemotherapy with NP scheme, another 15 cases of control group were treated with chemotherapy with the same scheme only. Compare the two groups in local tumor size, clinical symptom amelioration, the level of serum CEA and CYFRA211, degree of side effects caused by chemotherapy and physical strength, and count out the difference in the upper aspects between the two groups.Result: The trail group displayed more effective alleviating the side effects causedby chemotherapy, lightening the clinical symptoms and enhancing the physical strength than the control group, but the two groups have no notable difference in objective curative effect. Comparing to the control group, The trail group manifested a preponderance in reducing the CEA and CYFRA211 value.Conclusion: In the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer, ke liu wanproved it's function in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy, relieving the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy, inhibiting the tumor, ameliorating living quantity and prolonging the life span. |
