| Object: To observe the effect of ke liu wan in the treatment of advanced non small cell lungcancer,including the effect of restraining tumor and the influence of quality of life and thechange about the level of VEGFMethod: 40 cases of advanced non small cell lung cancer were chosen and randomlydivided into two groups, 20 cases of trail group were treated with ke liu wan andchemotherapy with NP or TP scheme, another 20 cases of control group were treated withchemotherapy with NP or TP scheme only. Compare the two groups in local tumor size, thescore amelioration about clinical symptom, the change about the level of VEGF duringsome patients from these cases and the degree of side effects caused by chemotherapy,especially in Hepatic function, renal function,alimentary system and the myeloid element.Result: the two groups have no notable difference in objective curative effect(P＞0.05).Thetrail group displayed more effective in reducing the VEGF value, alleviating the side effectscaused by chemotherapy, lightening the clinical symptoms and enhancing the physicalstrength than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion: In this reserch,ke liu wan use with chemotherapy in the treatment of advancedNSCLC can ameliorating living quantity, reducing the VEGF value, relieving the toxic andside effects caused by chems. |
