Create More Spiritual Balm Film Materials

Materials of making velum will be the carrier of medical substance in painting pellicle, its character and quality not only have influence on the preparing technology of painting pellicle, but also have effect on its quality and curative effect, so it is very important to choose materials for making velum, this subject is concentrating on the materials and make researches on it systematically.Researches on the proportion and selection of materials using L₉(3⁴) experiment. Considering its appearance, time of forming films as the comprehensive evolution, we select best proportion from PVA17-88, PVA05-88, PVA124, the best proportion of materials is as follow: PVA17-88 1 part in proportion, PVA05-88 2 part in proportion ,PVA124 0 part in proportion,60% EtOH. In order to study the character of materials further, we add bletilla hyacinthine gum, glycerine, tween-80 into the painting pellicle for the research, at the same time we should consider the appearance .quality and the time of forming velum, as the standard of comprehensive evalution, the best proportion of materials is as follow: PVAz 3 part in proportion, bletilla hyacinthine gum 0.4part in proportion, 3%(V/M)glycerine, 0.3%(V/M)tween-80, then we make the painting materials for PVAzb and make researches on it.Given the toxicological research: through the skin urgent toxic experiment, we study the toxicology of chuangyuling painting pellicle, all the results showed that the materials of making velum are chosen have the advantages as follow: having the shorter time forming velum, the velum is innocuous,non-stimulating, so it can be used as the carrier of pellicle and painting pellicle.Study the technical parameter of materials which are made into velum applying for chuangyuling painting pellicle: we have the chosen forming materials as PVAzb and add it into distilled water in 85℃ until it is dissolved. Adding materials into extraction, blend it until it' s cool, then make it into magnolicae oral pellicle and chuangyuling painting pellicle, study its character, time of forming velum, and dissolution, this passage will mainly introduce the application of chuangyuling painting pellicle.
