Schm. et Maxim.' .During the process of the experiments we studied the chemistry component in it, the production technique of the tincture, the quality standard of Rumex patientia L. var. callosus F. Schm. et Maxim. and its tincture and the pharmacology of the plant.Established the method of quantitative analysis of Rumex patientia L. var. callosus F. Schm. et Maxim. by HPLC, and drawed its fingerprint chromatogram by HPLC. Classified the plants from different areas by clustering analysis.Identified the Rumex patientia L. var. callosus F. Schm. et Maxim. by configuration, character and microstructure distinguishing and by TLC to provide the reference for identifying Rumex patientia L. var. callosus F. Schm. et Maxim. as a kind of herbal medicine.According to Pharmacopoeia of the PRC, determined the lixiviated material, total ash, acid indiscerptible ash, loss on drying. Providing the methods and reference range for the examination of Rumex patientia L. var. callosus F. Schm. et Maxim.Separated and purificated the chemical components use of Silica gel column chromatography and identified the compounds by TLC, UV, IR.Finished the pharmacodynamics studies by doing the bacteriostatic experiment, analgetic experiment and antipruritic experiment.
