Objective: Ganoderma lucidum, also known as sanxiu, beginning to recordin the shennongbencaojing, listed as top grade, has been praised as amiracle cure. The pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of Chinastipulate that the source of herbs Ganoderma lucidum is includedGanoderma lucidum and Ganoderma sinensis of dry fruit body. Ganodermalucidum treat cough, asthma, insomnia, indigestion. In recent years,scientific studies have found that ganoderma lucidum main chemicalcomposition include of triterpene, polysaccharide, nonsteroidal, protein,polypeptide, alkaloids, flavonoids, fatty acids and other compounds.Ganoderma lucidum have very good regulatory effect on the body’s immunesystem, nervous system, cardiovascular system and so on, and have theanti-tumor, anti-aging effect. Ganoderma lucidum is treated chronicbronchitis, indigestion, neurasthenia, chronic hepatitis, hypertension,cancer, AIDS and other diseases. But We believed that pharmacologicaleffects of ganoderma lucidum and active ingredient is not very clear, suchas the relationship between active ingredients of ganoderma lucidum andnervous system.So we studied Ganoderma lucidum.The natural resources Polygonaceae sorrel plants is rich, has150kinds,mained in the north temperate zone, in the world. There are26species and2varieties in china. The Rumex patientia is also called the tudahuang, is amore commonly used herbs, medicine with the root.Rumex patientia is usedin the treatment of various skin diseases, the disease and various kinds ofinflammation. Modern medicine research indicates that the main functionsof Rumex patientia are antibacterial anti-inflammatory, antioxidant,hemostatic, antitumor and cardiovascular function, etc. The main chemicalConstituents of Rumex patientia contain anthraquinones, flavonoids,naphthalene and styrene, etc. In our previous studies, we found the naphthalene compound has better activity class. To clarify thestructure-activity relationship, we studied Rumex patientia.Methods: The dried whole plants of Ganoderma lucidum wereextracted three times by ethyl alcohol (95%) at reflux extraction. Thecombined extracts was extract by ethyl acetate to ethyl acetate extracts. Theethyl acetate extracts was submitted to a silica gel column eluted with agradient of CHCl3MeOH to give some parts. The parts were isolated andpurified by MCI Gel CHP20P, RP-18, Sephadex LH-20, HPLC, PTLC,recrystallization. The structures of compounds were identified on the basisof physiochemical characteristics and spectral methods such as UV, IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR, DEPT-135, HSQC, HMBC,1H-1H COSY and so on.The dried whole plants of Rumex patientia were extracted three timesby ethyl alcohol (95%) at reflux extraction. The combined extracts wasextract by Petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol to ethyl acetate extracts.The ethyl acetate extracts was submitted to a silica gel column eluted with agradient of CHCl3MeOH to give some parts. Then, the method of Rumexpatientia is alike to the method of Ganoderma lucidum.R e s u l t s:35compounds were isolated from Ganoderma lucidum and32compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods, as (+)-spirolingzhine A,(-)-spirolingzhine A,(+)-spirolingzhine B,(-)-spirolingzhine B, spirolingzhine D,(+)-lingzhilactone A,(-)-lingzhilactone A,(+)-lingzhilactone C,(-)-lingzhilactone C,(+)-6,(-)-6,(+)-7,(-)-7,(+)-8,(-)-8,(+)-9,(-)-9,10,11,12,13,14,, indolal,2-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde,4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid,2-Hydroxy-5-ethoxy benzoic acid,2,5-Dihydroxyacetophenone, lucidone A,methyl lucidenate C, Included acid A, methyl lucideniate E2, camptothecin.(The compounds6-9don’t be named for no publish.)14compounds were isolated from Rumex patientia and12compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods, as Batiansuanmol,3-Acetyl-2-methyl-1,4,5-trihydroxy-2,3-epoxynaphthoquinol,6-methyl-7-acetyl-1,8-dihydroxy-naphthalene-1-O-β-D-glucoside,6-methyl-7-acetyl-1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-naphthalene-1-O-β-D-glucoside,2-(2′-hydroxypropyl)-5-methyl-7-hydroxychromone,2-(2′-hydroxypropyl)-5-methyl-7-hydroxychromone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, patientosides A, patie ntosides B, epi-isoshinanolone, isoshinanolone,(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, daucostero.Conclusion:22new compound was isolated from Ganoderma lucidum.10known compounds were isolated from this plant.One new compound was isolated from Rumex patientia.13knowncompounds were isolated from this plant.
