Tcm Therapy In Acute Ischemic Stroke Clinical Research

Objective:To evaluate the curative effective of Chinese Traditional TntegratedTherapy to the acute stage of ischemic apoplexy. To evaluate the affection ofmortality, ability and safety of Chinese Traditional Tntegrated Therapy to theacute stage of ischemic apoplexy. To evaluate the authoritativeness,certainty andreagent of the curative effective. To evaluate the affection of ncrvours funtionaldefection,disability and existence of Chinese Traditional Tntegrated Therapy to theacute stage of ischemic apoplexy.Methods:1 Clinical data: All the patients come from Hubei Hospital of TCM, from June,2005 to July, 2006, to averagely randomize sixty-seven patients to treatment groupand comparison group, treatment group have thirty-seven and comparison grouphave thirty.2 The medical method: The same method of the two groups:Basicmedicati,,managentment of blood pressure ,judgment and treatment of increasedintracranial pressure,antiplatelct,early convalescence.The patients in treatment grouptake orally zhongfengxiedingfang 1 dose each time,b.i.d ,one period of treatment is 21days.At one time,injection dcngzhanxixin, 40ml with physiologic saline 250mlivgtt,qd, one period of treatment is 14 days.And take orally huatuozaizao pills 8g eachtime,b.i.d,one period of treatment is 21 days.The patients in comparision group takeorally Chinese crude drug placebo 1 dose each time,b.i.d .one period of treatment is 21days. And injection nicholin 0.5g with physiologic saline 250ml ivgtt,qd,one periodof treatment is 14 days.In the period,the cure of other disease are not forbidden,butothers that will have an effect on the result arc forbidden ,including other neurocytenutrient,anticoagulant therapy, acupuncture.Antiplatelet drugs only aspirin,clopidognelcan be used.3 The curative effective and the badness and the side-effect: For all the patientsclinical symptoms are observed before taking medincine, the 7th day, the 14th day, the 21～23th day, the 60±3th day, the 90±3th day and we take scores on nervousfunction and clinical symptoms and physical sign, blood route, urine route, stoolroute ,liver kidney function, electrocardiogram, blood coagulation are observed beforeand after the treatment.4 The Stat. method: After three weeks, we analyze the data, the count materials areexamined with X~2, the measuring materials are examined with t-test.Result:1 The clinical curative effective: The treated group's total effective rate 97.2%, withstar. analysis is better than that of the contrast group 83.3%.2 The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign: The treatedgroup,total effective rate 94.6% with stat. analysis ,is better than that of the contrastgroup 76.7%.3 The main symptoms and physical sign: The effective rate of the treated group isbetter than that of the constrast group.4 The grade of nervours funtional defection and mRS:The effects in treated group arebetter than that of the controlled group.5 The badness and side-effect: There are no side-effects in both groups.Conclusion:Tntegrated Therapy is better than comparision group in the treatment of theacute stage of ischemic apoplexy, which can improve cerebral blood circulation andbuild up vascular bypass.It also can decrease the coefficient of disability and improvethe quality of existence.At the same time,with the guidance of Chinese TraditionalTntegrated Therapy,buliding up not only correspond Chinese Traditional clinicalpractice but also follow the evaluated system of Chinese Traditional clinicaleffection.Accordingly ,we can evaluate the curative effection of Chinese Traditionalmedicine.In a conclusion, Tntegrated Therapy has a good foreground for clinic.
