| Based on theory of ancient document and tutor academic viewpoint, the author think that gas-blood disorder is base of pathogenesis in acute stroke and recuperating gas-blood is essential teatment of stroke. According to that, Rongshuan pellet was prescribed for this disease and 30 patients were treated, compared with Rongshuan capsule.The statistical results show that the method of treatment group is superior to that of control group in promoting clinical symptoms rehabilitation of the limbs function decreasing the blood-lipid promoting blood rheology and reducing fibrinogen. Between two groups have remarkable differences (P<0. 05). The results in animal experiments show that Rongshuan pellet can enhance activity of t-PA and reduce the ratio of P/t and inhibit the gathering of platelets and red blood cells. It can increase the function of fribrinolytic system in human body. Thus it can dissolve embolus and inhibit the formation of thrombus.
