Clinical Studies, Acupuncture Kidney And Stasis Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the influence of acupuncture invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood stasis on blood lipids and hemorrheologic in patients with ischemic apoplexy, according to which study the therapeutic mechanism and provide a more effective and practical method and scientific basis on it.Methods:60 cases of patients with ischemic apoplexy, proved by CT were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group, comprised 30 patients treated with the acupuncture invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood stasis method; the consulting group, which was composed of 30 cases who were treated with the common acupuncture method, we marked physical signs and tested blood lipids and hemorrheologic before and after treatment, then studied the differences.Results:1. There is comparability between the two groups verified by t-test.2. Clinical Evaluation: The markedly effective rate of the acupuncture group was 83.3% and effective rate was 96.7%. The remarkably improved rate of the consulting group was 60.0% and effective rate was 80.0%.3. The Changes Of Average Integrals Of Physical Signs: After treatment, as far as average integrals of physical signs were concerned, the marks of two groups decreased; while in those of the treatment group, compared with those of theconsulting group; the marks reduced highly remarkably. As a result, the treatment group was superior to the consulting group.4. The Changes Of Blood Lipids and Hemorrheologic Indexes: After treatment, in both groups, the indexes ofCHOL, TG, high sheer viscosity, lowsheerviscosity, plasma viscosity and RBC hematocrit were decreased. To the extent of ameliorating blood lipids and hemorrheologic indexes, the treatment group improved higher than the consulting group, and there were significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05) according to the statistical analysis. It meant that the treatment group had better function on adjusting blood lipids and hemorrheologic than the consulting group.Conclusion:Both groups can improve average integrals of physical signs, and acupuncture invigorating the kidney and dispersion blood stasis is superior.
