Objective: Study of kidney invigorate the party combined Hormone replacement therapy(Hormone replacement therapy,HRT)and pure Hormone replacement therapy of kidney and blood stasis type respectively ovarian reserve function(Diminished ovarian reserve,are)in patients with resistance to seedling le tube Hormone(Anti-mullerian Hormone,AMH),Follicle stimulating Hormone(Follicle-stimulating Hormone,(FSH),Luteinizing hormone,Luteinizing hormone,LH)and FSH/LH,sinus follicle number(Antral follicle count,AFC)and the influence of Chinese medicine symptom integral,verify the clinical effect of kidney invigorate the circulation of party,expounds its in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type and the functional mechanism of ovarian reserve function is low,low for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovarian reserve function provide theoretical basis for the clinical application.Methods: Collection in April 2017 to January 2018 in henan university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of reproductive medicine clinics into the standard of diagnosis and treatment of 60 cases of kidney and blood stasis type patients with poor ovarian reserve function,using the random number table method is divided into the treatment group and control group 30 cases.The treatment group was given a combination of HRT and HRT,and the control group was given HRT for 3 months.Patients before and after treatment of AMH(ELISA),FSH(shine),LH(shine),FSH/LH,AFC(type of ultrasound IPF-1701-c),Chinese medicine symptom integral numerical record to Excel worksheets,set up data files,data collection,after complete import data from the Excel spreadsheet SPASS software,using t test or Wilcoxon signed-rank test carries on the statistical analysis,the corresponding statistical conclusions.Results:(1)The AMH level of both groups increased after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups could improve the AMH level.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P< 0.05),and the improvement of AMH in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(2)The level of FSH and FSH/LH decreased after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups could improve FSH and FSH/LH level.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of FSH and FSH/LH in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Treatment group before and LH levels after treatment no statistical difference(P>0.05),the control group after treatment before LH level and treatment was statistically difference(P< 0.05),the control can improve the LH level,is compared between two groups before and after the treatment group had no statistical difference(P>0.05),to improve the LH level between two groups has no statistical significance.(3)The level of AFC was increased after treatment in both groups,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups could improve the level of AFC.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)Index of clinical curative effect of treatment group was 90%,the control group in clinical effect index was 83%,two groups of curative effect index,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical curative effect of treatment group index is higher than the control group.Two groups after treatment of TCM symptom score decreased,and there is significant difference before treatment(P<0.05),no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment groups(P>0.05),the difference between two groups after treatment group with significant statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group on the improvement of the symptoms integral.Conclusion:(1)The combined HRT can elevate serum AMH level and improve ovarian reserve function,which is better than HRT.(2)Kidney invigorate the circulation of the joint HRT can reduce serum FSH,FSH/LH level,improve the ovarian reserve function in patients with low level of endocrine,effect is better than that of pure HRT,the impact on LH level no full laboratory evidence.(3)The combined HRT can increase the number of AFC in the ovary,promote follicular development and improve the function of ovarian reserve,which is better than HRT.(4)The combined HRT can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the treatment group is better than the control group.
