Spinal Cord Injury(SCI) is one of the main loss disease being to threaten human being life , whose morbidity , disability rate , death rate are all very high, and the basic and clinical research in every country to every year have thrown into a great quantity of energy equally, whose mechanism is still not understanding , and is still the exploration stage now. At present there is no the special efficiency method in the clinic treatment of Spinal Cord Injury. The acupuncture is one of the effective methods that cures Spinal Cord Injury , having played a very important role with it`s peculiarity.But the mechanism is still not very clearObjective:1,Screening of spinal cord injury 48 h after injury partial differential expression of protein,At the same time was related to some of the key qualitative and functional analysis, analysis of different proteins in spinal cord injury in the secondary damage in the possible role.2,To discuss the impact of electroacupuncture (EA) on spinal cord injury after 48 h serum Glu, SOD and MDA.Methods: Rats were divided into five groups stochasticly: Blank Group, Sham Operated Group, Model Group, Drug Group, EA group. The model rats were made a spinal cord contusion by using a modified Allen's method. Detect serum Glu, SOD , MDA and the differential expression of protein 48 h after surgeryResults:1. 1.Compared with the model group, the content in serum Glu decreased in the blank group, the sham group, the drug group and the electro-acupuncture group (P<0.05). compared Drug group to electro-acupuncture group the content of Glu in electro-acupuncture group were lower than drug group, but no significant(P>0.05).2. Compared with the model group, the content in serum MDA decreased in the blank group, the sham group, the drug group and the electro-acupuncture group (P<0.05). compared Drug group to electro-acupuncture group the content of MDA in drug group were lower than electro-acupuncture group, but no significant(P>0.05).3. Compared with the model group, the content in serum SOD increased in the blank group, the sham group, the drug group and the electro-acupuncture group (P<0.05). compared Drug group to electro-acupuncture group the content of SOD in drug group were higher than electro-acupuncture group, but no significant(P>0.05).4. The differential expression of protein 48 h after surgery: dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase,NADH dehydrogenase, DJ-1, triosephosphate isomerase,Phosphoglycerate mutase 1, Glyceraldehyde3 phosphate dehydrogenase,Neurofilament medium polypeptide.Conclusion: 1. electro-acupuncture could Curb the excessive increase of Glu, Reduce the toxic effects of the EAA after spinal cord injury.2. electro-acupuncture could inhibition of lipid peroxidation.3. The differential expression of protein associated with the energy metabolism。...
