| Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen was a native perennial herbal plant belongin g to the Araliaceae family,whose another name was "San Qi" or "Tian Qi". In order to find more and more active agents from this plant,by means of the macro porous resin,repeated column chromatography,ODS and so on,nineteen compounds were isolated from the 70%EtOH extracts of the Panax notoginseng,and their structures were characterized on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence. They were identified as 3β,6α,12β,20(S)-20,25-epoxy-3,12-dih-ydroxy-dammarane-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),3β,6α,12β,20(R)-tetrahydroxy-25-meth-oxy-dammarane-6-O-β-D-gl ucopyranoside(2),3β,6α,12β,20(R)-tetrahydroxy-25-pentol-da-mmarane-6-O-β-D-glucopyr anoside(3),20(R)-ginsenoside Rhl(4),3β,6α,12β,20(S)-tetr-ahydroxy-25-hydroperoxy-23 -ene-dammarane-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),notoginsenoside R2(6),ginsenoside Rg1 (7),ginsenoside Rd(8),ginsenoside Rb1(9),notoginsenoside k(10),ginsenoside Rb3 (11),notoginsenoside R1(12),ginsenoside Rh4(13),ginsenoside Rk3(14),20(R)-gins enoside Rg3(15),ginsenoside Re(16),notoginsenoside R6(17),notoginsenoside R3 (18),daucosterol(19).Among them,compound 2,5 were two new compounds,1 was an novel natural product. |
