And this occurrence can disturb the balance of patient's body and mind.It is reported by modern medicine that acne vulgris is caused by many factors.We do not know the exact progress of acne's occurrence.It is related with the unbalance of endocrine(especially the excess of androgen),the hyperkeratosis of follicular orifice,the infection of bacterium and so on.Now dermatologists mainly use medicament of anti-androgen,antibiotics,Vitamin A acid to cure acne vulgris.These medicine have some curative effects.But they can also lead to terrible side effect,such as damage of liver,monstrosity,slowness Of bone-making, dysfunction of endocrine,bad efforts to sex,activity.The Chinese herb has the advantages in the treatment of the acne.So,it is the focus for dermatologists'study to find out Chinese traditional medicine which is safe and effective to treatment acne.In this article,two parts are included.One is the literature review,the other is the clinical study report.The literature review consists of two parts.The first is about the general situation of acne vulgris research in traditional Chinese medicine.The second is about the research progress of acne vulgris in modern medicine,and the results of recent research are introduced.Clinical research:The clinical efficacy of the The Shuganjianpi And Huoxuejiedu Method to acne vulgaris.Chinese medicine is an effective way of treating acne,with a long history and rich clinical experience.We observed that patients mostly work nervously,or have emotional haste,upset irritability,throat pain disorder of the liver-fire flaming.And many patients prefer sweet and fat foods,which leads to tettor out of discord in emotion,dis-abstaining in diet,and retention of internal heat.This disease should be treated both the manifestation and root cause. Based on the theory above,my instructor deals with the disease with The Shuganjianpi And Huoxuejiedu Method.Through dialetic healing of Chinese Medicine,not only the tettor be cured,but the sympton of the body be made better,balance of Yin and Yang be regulated,so the effect be made last longer.This study applied The Shuganjianpi And Huoxuejiedu Method on 37 cases of treatments, led to the efficiency of 81.08%.In contrast,The Shuganliqi And Huoxuejiedu Method is applied on other 31 cases,which led to the efficiency of 45.16%.After statistical testing,the results on the 2 groups reflect obvious difference,which proved the worth of further popularizing and researching of the method.
