Relinqing Particles On The Rat's Own Immune Therapeutic Effects Of Chronic Prostatitis

Chronic prostatitis is a common ailment to the youth and adult man, having high Morbidity. The pathogenesis of it isn' t ambiguity, and Western medicine lacks definite measure. Traditional chinese medicine has definite predominance by treating it according to syndrome differentiation, and now it is becoming a important mean in clinic. It is supposed that relinqing-granule is the preparation of polygonum. It can clear away heat and promo diuresis, and it also can induce diuresis for treat stranguria. It has preferably curative effect in chronic prostatitis in clinic. The study observed the therapeutical effect with autoimmunity chronic prostatitis experimental rat model whose pathology transfer and immune pathogenesis are very similar to human. The result of the study supplied the gist for curing chronic prostatitis with trlinqing- granule, and it also enlarge said medical applicability.The dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part is about literature overview. It recounts the research of chronic prostatitis in and abroad in the past few years.The second part is about experimental study which is the therapeutic action of relinqing- granule to experimental rat with autoimmunity chronic prostatitis.Selection of 32 male, weight 180-220g Wistar rats, randomly divided into: a control group, 8 rats and a model group, 24 rats. The model group was made by rat prostatein purification of FCA emulsion multiple intra-dermal injections. The injected rats were again randomly divided into a model group, and a group of low and high dose of relinqing - granule. The low and high dose group was given dose according to standards of 17. 44, 8.72 crude drug/kg respectively. The control group and the model group were given the same dose of distilled water. The above groups were successively administrated oral for 30days, qd. All animals were anaesthetize with 10% chloral hydrate (0. 4ml /100g ) 31d after treatment, prostate glands and succus prostaticus were obtained to observe the succus prostaticus and histomorphological changes.The result showing :①The model group compared with control group, prostate exponent heightened obviously, leucocyte number manifold, lecithin density scale reduced prominently, all the differences above have got statistical signification. The model group shows chronic inflammation of prostate glandular tissue: the epithelia sheded, or hyperplasia; basement membrane destroyed; infiltration of lymph and mononuclear cells in the mesenchyme; congest, dropsy and fibroplastic proliferation. All the above shows that the model building is successful.②The high dose of rel inqing-granule group compared with the model group: leucocyte number decreased, lecithin manifolded, of basement membrane becoming integrity, epithelia without destroy and hyperplasia, a spot of lymphocyte soakage and fibroplastic proliferation. All the difference have got statistical signification. The high dose of relinqing-granule group compared with the control group: there are some leucocytesyet, and lecithin density is subnormal slightly, and prostate get right, but there are some leujocyte in the mesenchyme. All the differences have no statistical signification. It shows that relinqing-granule can relieve inflammatory reaction, such as the inflammatory infiltration, mesenchyme dropsy, leucocyte number heighten, lecithin density decrease and so on.③there is no statistical signification in leucocyte, lecithin density, pathology between the low dose of rel inqing-granule group and the model group.④The high, low dose of rel inqing-granule group compared with the model group, The prostate exponent brings down, but there is no statistical signification among them.The result of the study suggest:①Using the way of autoimmune reaction to induce the CPPS animal model, the change in pathology of the animal' s prostate tissue is most similar to that of patients, and pathogenesis is relatively consistent with patients.②Relinqing - granule can reduce or eliminate inflammation of the model rat prostate tissue, improve its organizational structure damage, and so plays a significant role in the protection of prostate issue.③Relinqing - granule has therapeutical effect to the experimental rat with autoimmunity Chronic prostatitis,but it is necessary to sutudy futher on the mechanism of the action.
