Objective:By the experimental study on the treatment of Qian liening granule to chronic bacterial prostatitis, evaluates its therapeutic effect and explore its mechanism of treatment to lay an experimental basis and theoretical foundations for the development of new drugs for the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods:Randomly divided 40 rats into 4 groups. They are normal group, model group, treatment group and the control group.Every group has 10 Rats.Perform operation to each group and inject Saline into normal group and E.coli suspension into dorsal leaves of prostate tissue of the others to establishe chronic bacterial prostatitis pathology model.Feed ratsconventionally. After 7 days,Ig the normal group and model group with Saline.Ig the treatment group with aqueous solution of Qian Liening particles.Ig the control group with aqueous solution of Qian Lietong tablets. The time is 30 days consecutively. In the experimental process, observe the mental state and record of body weight of rats.Obtain materials after 30 days.Observate the pathological changes of prostate tissue, test the content of NO,SOD,TNF-αand IL-1βin Serum and determinethe expression level of TNF-α,IL-1βmRNA in prostate tissue. Results:Qian Liening particles can alleviate the pathological changes of chronic bacterial prostatitis rats, lower the content of NO,TNF-αand IL-1βin Serum, raise the content of SOD in Serum, and lower the expression level of TNF-α,IL-1βmRNA in prostate tissue. Conclusion:Qian Liening particles has obvious therapeutic effect on chronic bacterial prostatitis rats. Its mechanism of treatment is related to the change of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology indicators of model rats.
