This paper focuses on the reseach of Sarcandra glabra .There are two parts in the paper.The first part is the quality research :Determine the content of total-flavone in Sarcandra glabra;The contents of Fumaric acid,Isofraxidin and Astilbin were mensurated by high-performance liquid chromatography; Setting up Sarcandra glabra HPLC fingerprinting. In the second part,we investigate the abstracted craftwork,exquisite craftwork and purification of craftwork of Sarcandra glabra.
