Ke Shu Acupoint On Cold Moxibustion Endothelin In Rats With Blood Stasis Syndrome And The Effects Of Free Radicals

The Chinese medicine blood stasis is the syndrome which a group is characteristic, severely harm people's health.It affects broad area and various diseases,such as internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,paediatrics,facial features,dermatology.The blood stasis theory is unique of the Chinese medicine.There are some nature of modem scientific understanding of Chinese medicine blood stasis syndrome,such as blood circulation and microcirculation,thrombosis,metabolic disorders,immune dysfunction, humoral regulation and endocrine function disorders,blood disorders.Modern medicine has not a specific disease with blood stasis corresponds to Chinese medicine.However,many diseases are associated with the performance of blood stasis.But these diseases,some have high incidence rates,some lethalities are high,some modern medicine still have not effective method of treatment.Therefore,we simulating a model of blood stasis to clarify the different effects of different acupuncture points,compare different course of treatment effects,investigate indications of acupoints,reveal the mechanism of blood circulation removing extravasted blood of Geshu,and provide a reliable basis for point selection of clinical experiments.This experiment take cold hemoglutination stasis rat model as object of observation to study the mechanism of blood circulation removing extravasted blood of Geshu.We select a different course of moxibustion treatment by Geshu,Xuehai,Weizhong,Qiuxu to observe changes before and after treatment.And comparing Geshu with Xuehai,Weizhong,Qiuxu, select the best acupuncture point and treatment course.The main experimental results.1.The impact of moxibustion on endothelin(ET)Comparing with the group of model A,the group of Weizhong A obviously reduced.Comparing with the group of model B,the group of Geshu B,Xuehai B,Qiuxu B obviously reducesd Comparing with the group of Weizhong B,the group of Weizhong A obviously reduced.2.The impact of moxibustion on Nitrogen monoxide(NO)Comparing with the group of model A,the group of control A,XuehaiI A significantly increased.Comparing with the group of model B,the group of control B,Geshu B significantly increased.Comparing with the group of Qiuxu B,the group of Qiuxu A, significantly reduced.3.The impact of moxibustion on endothelin/Nitrogen monoxide(ET/NO)Comparing with the group of model A,the group of Xuehai A,Weizhong A obviously reducesd.Comparing with the group of model B,the group of Qiuxu B obviously reducesd. Comparing with the group of Qiuxu B,the group of Qiuxu A obviously increased.4.The impact of moxibustion on superoxide dismutase(SOD) Comparing with the group of model B,the group of Geshu A,Xuhai A,Weizhong A,Qiuxu A obviously increased.5.The impact of moxibustion on Malonic aldehyde(MDA)Comparing with the group of model A,the group of Geshu A,Xuehai A,Weizhong A,Qiuxu A obviously reducesd.Comparing with the group of Geshu B,the group of Geshu A,obviously reducesd.Conclusion:1.Regarding the cold hemogtutination stasis card big mouse,the group of Weizhong A,Geshu B,Xuehai B,Qiuxu B can significantly reduce the numerical of ET.Weizhong,Geshu,Xuehai often be used to treat blood disease for they can promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.However Qiuxu has no directly related to treatment and blood evidence.The success of this experimental model,the most obvious signs is limb swelling.Qiuxu can pass through active ankle,swelling of the effectiveness of pain.So,we think the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Qiuxu is by swelling of the effectiveness of pain2.The group of Xuehai A,Geshu B have significantly increased the role of NO.And,the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Geshu is related with treatment course.The longer,the better.The effect of Qiuxu B is better than Qiuxu A.The effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Qiuxu should be further study.3.The group ofXuehai A,Weizhong A,Qiuxu B have significantly reducesed the role of ET/NO.And,the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Qiuxu is related with treatment course.The longer,the better.4.The group of Geshu B,Xuehai B,Weizhong B,Qiuxu B have significantly increased the role of SOD.And,the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is related with treatment course.The longer,the better.5.The group of Geshu A,Xuehai A,Weizhong A,Qiuxu A have significantly reducesed the role of MDA.And,the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is related with treatment course.The shorter,the better.In summary,moxing Geshu,Xuehai,Weizhong,Qiuxu to treat cold hemoglutination stasis, truly has the varying degree blood circulation removing extravasted blood function.Its function's mechanism is different,and four points's curative effects and the treatment course relations are also different.These have provided certain experiment basis for the acupoint function's specificity and the clinical practice.
