Based On The Pathogenesis Of Chronic Illness Into The Network, Using Qi Huazhuo, The Huoxuetongluo Explore Hemorheology In Basic Research,

Successfully constructed the model of DM after injecting the Wistars' left lower-abdomen with streptozotocin(STZ) one time. We randomly divided the models into three groups. They are model group, Novonorm-treating group and TCM group. There were 10 in each group. Compared with Novonorm-treating group, through gastric administration, blood sugar, GSP and Hemorheology as a major test indicators are observed by electrophysiology, biochemical and other technical means. We can observe Self-made prescription'effect (YiQiHuaZhuo, HuoXueTongLuo).Results: TCM group could decrease blood sugar, GSP and improve Hemorheology. There are no difference compared with Novonorm-treating group. TCM group is better than others. Conclusions: TCM group could decrease blood sugar, GSP and improve Hemorheology. Therefore, TCM group can recover a part of DM patients.
