Yin And Yang Detoxification Through Networks Drink Reversal Of Shr Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Mechanisms And Pathogenesis Hypothesis "poison Damaged Heart Meridian" Preliminary Discussions

Objective:By means of observing the effects of "Zi yin qian yang jie du tong luo drink" on left ventricular hypertrophy and vasoactive substances of SHR to inquire the intervention effect of "Zi yin qian yang jie du tong luo drink" to left ventricular hypertrophy,and provide theoretical and experimental basis for pathogenesis hypothesis of "du sun xin luo".Methods:Fifty twelve-week-old male SHRs were divided into 5 groups randomly:SHR-C(untreated),SHR-Y(treated with yinapuli),SHR-Z1(treated with high dose of Chinese medicine),SHR-Z2(treated with moderate dose of Chinese medicine), SHR-Z1(treated with low dose of Chinese medicine).Before and after administration by gavage four weeks,measured the systolic blood pressure(SBP) administration by gavage,calculate Left wentricular mass index(LWMI),AngiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),ET,NO. Observe the form changing of myocardial cells of SHRs.Results:①After four weeks treatment,compared with SHR-C,group SHR-Z1,SHR-Z2 can low down the SBP and LVMI in different level.But the treatment effects of SHR-Z1 and SHR-Z2 were worse than that of SHR-Y.②Compared with SHR-C,the NO of each treatment group of Chinese medicine was increased in different level.The ET and AngⅡwere low down.③The results under light microscope were:In SHR-C,cardiac muscle fibers were swollen or atrophy,disrupted or disorganized arrangement,as well as some hypertrophic nuclei or pyknosis of myocardial cells.The results under transmission electron microscope(TEM)were:In SHR-C,some nuclear membrane shrank and nuclear chromatin condensed and congregated under nuclear membrane like speckle we observed pyknosis by chance,mitochondria of some myocardial cells were markedly swollen with some disorganized.Compared with SHR-C,the above-mentioned pathological changes of SHR-Z1 and SHR-Y were obvious lighten;the pathological changes ameliorated slightly in SHR-Z2; but there was no significant improvement in SHR-Z3.Conclusion:This research indicated that,the main mechanism of ACEI reversing LVH was suppressing AngⅡover-production,further inhibiting RAS system,abnormal expression of vasoactive substances,lowering blood pressure and ultimately reverse LVH.In this study, there were the same way of reversing left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) between traditional Chinese medicine "Zi yin qian yang jie du tong luo drink" and ACEI,their effect target is suppressing the factors or factor which lead to disease,such as vasoactive substances,and then finally reverse LVH,this study also provide an experimental basis for the theory of" du sun xin luo".Vasoactive substances belong to "du" areas.Therefore,the "du sun xin luo" associated with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.Zi yin qian yang jie du tong luo treatment is a major method of control target organ damage of hypertension.
