The Qidantongmai Tablets In The Treatment Of Angina Pectoris (qdbs) Iii Clinical Study

Objective:To investigate the clinical security and effect of Qidantongmai tablets(QDTMT) on angina of coronary heart disease with Blood stagnadion due to Qi Deficiency syndrome of TCM.Methods:96 cases of angina of coronary heart disease with Blood stagnadion due to Qi Deficiency syndrome were adopted randomized control and Double-dummy design with positive control medicine.They were randomly devided into treatment group and control group.Treament group were treated with Qidantongmai tablets,while control group were treated with Yangxinshi tablets.The period of treatment was 28 days.The correlative eximations were taken both before and after treatment.Result:The clinical test showed that Qidantongmai tablets has good effect on angina of Coronary heart disease.The obvious effective rate of angina was 41.18%,and the total effective rate was 86.76%.The obvious effective rate of ECG was 20.59%,and the total effective rate was 42.65%.The obvious effective rate of syndrome was 42.65%,and the total effective rate was 85.29%.The stop rate of glycerol trinitrate was 13.04%in the treatment group,while that was 20.00%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.During treating,no obvious side effect was found.Conclusion:QDTMT has obvious effect in treating angina of coronary heart disease and has good safety during treating period.
