Objective:To observe the function and the possible mechanism of Tongluotangtai Poly-pharmaceutical on how to regulate and influence the experimental DPN rats,TNF-αlevel.Method:Select SD rats to create the models through injecting alloxan saline(2%,120mg/kg) into abdominal cavity every other day.According to different blood glucose levels,all the rats are randomly divided into five groups,including Tongluotangtai Poly-pharmaceutical(high and low-dosage) groups,west medicine group,model group and normal group.Treat with physiological saline,disparity dosage Tongluotangtai Poly-pharmaceutical,dimethyldiguanide.After 12 weeks,we measure the rats' weight,blood-fat,fasting blood-glucose,sciatic nerve conduction velocity and the level of TNF-α,GSP in blood serum.Results:Sciatic nerve conduction velocity of the model group step down obviously(P<0.01),at the same time,comparing with the normal group,the level of blood-fat and TNF-α,GSP rose significantly(P<0.01).Tongluotangtai Poly-pharmaceutical had the role of getting blood-fat and TNF-α,GSP decreased and regulate sciatic nerve conduction velocity.Conclusion:Through the regulating action of many pathways and links which presented as regulate neuro-function of experiment DPN rats,anti-inflammation and improve glucose or lipid metabolism,Tongluotangtai Poly-pharmaceutical contributes to the prevetion and treatment of DPN.Results show that the comprehensive effect of treatment group is better than that of control group. |
