Experimental Study On The Forefront Capsule Treatment Of Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis

Objiective: To seek the possible mechanism of QIANLIELING capsule (QLL) on treating chronic prostatitis .Methods: Injecting 25% xiaozhiling into the prostate of SD rats induced experimental CNP (chronic nonbacterial prostatitis) animal models. A week later, high,middle and low dosage of QLL granule suspension was perfused into their stomachs. QIANLIETONGYU capsule (QLTY) were used for the positive control rats and saline was used for the others. After Four weeks, the contents of (Interleukin-8)IL-8 and (Tumor necrosis factor) TNF-αwere measured in the prostate homogenate by two-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Observing prostatic pathological changes of prostate under optical microscope with Miass computer configuration image analysis system. And the anti-inflammation experiment was done by the method of egg white induced edema of hind paw in rats; the anti-pain experiment was done by the method of counting body twisting times in mice.Results: The QLL capsule may decrease the contents of IL-8 and TNF-αin the prostate homogenate and can decrease the edema of hind paw and the times of body twisting in rats.Conclusions: The QLL capsule manifest good effect on CNP . The principal mechanism of QLL capsule on treating CNP may be related with decreasing the contents of IL-8 and TNF-α; And QLL capsule manifest good effect on anti-inflammation and anti-pain.
