Clinical Study Of Blood Circulation Side Of The Blood Stasis Syndrome After Pci Intervention

Coronary heart disease(CHD) is a serious threat to human health, coronary heart disease morbidity and mortality of our country increased year by year in recent.With the application of new technology,coronary heart disease medical treatment is in the rapid development in recent years.The percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) treatment of coronary heart disease become the milestone of medical treatment of CHD.Direct intervention can open narrow vessels and improve myocardial blood.PCI therapy has effectively improved the myocardial ischemia,but great deals of clinical observations show that PCI also has its disadvantages.High restenosis rate is the main disadvantages of the bare metal stents and the drug-eluting stents reduce the incidence of restenos to below 10%.but the acute,subacute and late stent thrombosis problems restricted the development of PCI.Ignorance of whole attention is the shortcomings of PCI.But taking the body as a whole and syndrome differentiation are the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and the differentiation of Yin and Yang,Qi and Xue,can compensate the shortcomings of PCI. This text is the research on Yin Dan tongluo capsule improves blood stasis of CHD patients who have received PCI and to investigate the related mechanism.We will accumulate some experiences of intervening disease after PCI by TCM.This study adopted strict randomized,double-blind, placebo-controlled scientific method,Selected 62(with male 42,female 20) patients with blood stasis between the August 2008 to February 2009 in hospital and outpatient service after PCI in Guang'anmen hospital,Age 34-70,divided into two groups.Take the medicine in conventional treatment,one group taking Yindantongluo capsule 120mg+Xuefuzhuyu modified capsule 2.4 g twice a day,the other group taking Xuefuzhuyu capsule 120mg +Yindantongluo modified capsule 2.4g twice a day.Complete cases observation before the day to use and after the completion of the drug,complete the quality of life score observation after the use of drug for a month.Observe generally, Include name,sex,age,stents to set time,previous medical history and the related information,etc.Safety index,blood tests,urine, conventional dung,LFTs,renal Function Test,Etc.TCM symptoms scoring change before and after use,The quality of life score. Laboratory index,blood lipoids,Hs-CRP,Hcy,sFas,MMP-9,Ps change before and after use.The research results obtained as follows The research results were obtained as follows:①In 62 cases,1 cases was transferred to other provinces in treatment group,1 was on the winter vacation to Hainan in control group and has to stop treatment,The other 60 cases complete the whole process of cases observation.The baseline of the two groups p value are larger than 0.05,by the statistical test.The difference of two groups was not statistically significant.②The symptom score of two groups were obviously improved after treatment(p＜0.05 or p＜0.01),In chest pain,backache,etc,the treatment group is superior to control group(p＜0.05);After treatment,the blood stasis scores of two groups were obviously improved(p＜0.01),The treatment group has advantages to control group.③The quality of life score in both group was significantly improved(p＜0.05,or p＜0.01),the treatment group is superior to the control group in PL(p＜0.05).④After treatment,the treatment group TC,control group TC,LDL-C improvement was significant difference than before(p＜0.05 or p＜0.01).Control group is superior to the treatment group in improving LDL.(p＜0.05).⑤After the treatment,there are significant differences between the two groups in Hs-CRP(p＜0.01) and Hcy(p＜0.05 or p＜0.01).⑥The treatment group was significantly improved in sFas and MMP-9(p＜0.01),Control group has improvement,but there are no statistical differences(p＞0.05).⑦After the treatment two groups has significant differences in Ps improvement(p＜0.05 or p＜0.01) than before.We think:Yindantongluo capsule and Xuefuzhuy capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients after coronary PCI;the quality of life and laboratory index were improved.Yindantongluo capsule is superior to Xuefuzhuy capsule in improved clinical symptoms, and it can improve the quality of life,protect endothelial cells and adjust platelet function.In improving inflammation,Yindantongluo capsule has the advantages over Xuefuzhuy capsule.In correct disturbance of lipid metabolism,Xuefuzhuy capsule is superior to Yindantongluo capsule.
