Objective: To investigate the effect of Tanshinone on perioperative Serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and Blood stasis score in patients with stent implantation in craniocervical artery stenosis, To study the mechanism of Tanshinone in the prevention of instent restenosis after stent implantation, providing a wider thought for the traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of instent restenosis after stent implantation。Methdos: Review27patients with stent implantation in craniocervical artery stenosis, cliniced in the Internal medicine-neurology, Fujian Province-owned Hospital, According to the different treatment method, Divided the group into two parts, stent group (group1)and stent&Tanshinone group (group2), patients in group1were administered with the conventional treatment such as antithrombotic and so on, whereas patients in group2were administered with tanshinone for2weeks in addition to the medications for group1; After confirmed stenosis vascular lesions by Digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and get the consent of patients and their family member, Then implement stents, At the same time, The levels of serum hs-CRP and Blood stasis score was assayed at7days before procedure and3day spost procedure, Then compare the preoperative serum hs-CRP levels and Blood stasis score between the two groups, and recorded the incidence of adverse events within6months, such as transient ischemic attack, ISR, stroke, myocardial ischemic events and so on。Results:(J)The blood stasis score of the patients(18.67±1.92) whose carotid artery stenosis>90%was higher than the blood stasis score of the patients (13.80±l.08) whose Internal carotid artery stenosis <90%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)。②Comparison within groups: The preoperative blood stasis score in group1(15.73±2.79)was higher than postoperative (9.00±5.57), there was significant difference between them(P<0.05); The preoperative blood stasis score in group2(16.25±3.08)was higher than postoperativ (5.92±6.10), there was statistically significant between them (P<0.05)o Comparison between two groups: there was no difference between two groups in preoperative blood stasis score (P>0.05); Postoperative, group1(9.00±5.57)was higher than group2(5.92±6.10), there was no statistically significant (P>0.05)。③Comparison within groups: The preoperative serum hs-CRP levels in group1 (10.37±13.91mg/L) was lower than postoperative (44.80±21.34mg/L), there was significant difference between them(P<0.05); The preoperative serum hs-CRP levels in group2(6.17±13.04mg/L) was lower than postoperative (24.66±24.04mg/L), there was statistically significant between them (P<0.05)。Comparison between groups: Preoperative, the group1(10.37±13.91mg/L) was higher than the group2(6.17±13.04mg/L), there was no significant between them (P>0.05); Postoperative, group1(44.80±21.34mg/L) was higher than group2(24.66±27.04mg/L), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)。④During the treatment period, Adverse occurrence rate is20%(n=3) in group1, higher than the group2about17%(n=2), there is no significant difference between them (P>0.05)。Conclusion:①More severe carotid artery stenosis is, the higher the blood stasis scores is。②Carotid artery stenting can relieve the stenosis directly, and reduce the blood stasis scores。③This study further clarified that the operation of CAS can damage the intimal and produce inflammatory response。④Tanshinone can reduce the perioperative serum hs-CRP levels、blood stasis scores and the incidence of adverse events in patients with stent implantation in craniocervical artery stenosis, and can relieve the inflammatory response, Which is the mechanism of Tanshinone in the prevention of instent restenosis after stent implantation。In summary, tanshinone is one of the useful treatment methods for preventing IRS。...
