Purpose: Will mature sores flat applied ointment, look after patients with bedsore, healing wound with sores on bedsore abscess flat ointment, thereby better reduce long beds lie with the pain.Material and method: Using the method of randomized to 48 cases each bedsorepatients patients were divided into treatment group and control group, surgical treatment group give regular disinfection, local topical ulcers, control a flat ointment topical. Observation effect after treatment, the results by using statistical methods are compared and analyzed.Results: 48 cases each bedsore using ulcers flat ointment 92.11% group total effectiveness,efficiency and effect 89.47% group without difference (P > 0.05) in the treatment of time, ulcers flat ointment is a scattered contrast effect difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Ulcers flat ointment topical in surface, can accelerate wound pressure, bloodrunning gangrenous tissue hyperplasia, promote the healing wounds, reduce the pressure for the treatment of bedsore wound pain is exactly curative effect.
