Efficiency Casual Observation, And Plaster Treatment Of Advanced Cancer Concurrent Bedsore

Purpose: to observe the effect of spreading Yixiao powder or ointment on thepatients with bedsore complicated by cancer in advanced stage.Material and method: with retrospective study, analyzing clinical stage,differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, stagednursing, therapeutic efficacy and the life span of 29 cases with bedsorecomplicated by cancer in advanced stage.Results:1,after spreading Yixiao powder or ointment, CR 3 cases (10.4%), PR 16 cases(55.2%), NC 10 cases (34.4%), total effective rate(CR+PR) 65.6%.2,after spreading Yixiao powder or ointment, the order of total effective ratein all types, deficiency of both vital energy and yin with moist heat(75. 0%),deficiency of both vital energy and yin with blood stasis (68. 8%), yang astheniawith blood stasis(57.1%), accumulation of fluid caused by insufficiency ofyang(50.0%);the most effective type, deficiency of both vital energy and yinwith moist heat; the lest effective type, accumulation of fluid caused by insufficiency of YANG.3,compared with the patients of life span shorter than 30 days(including 30days) after bedsore, the total effective rate of those longer than 30 days ismuch higher (90. 9%vs50. 0%, P<0. 05).Conclusion:1,it is effective to spread Yixiao powder or ointment on the patients with bedsorecomplicated by cancer in advanced stage.2,Yixiao powder or ointment is effective in patients without yang asthenia, butineffective in yang asthenia.3,therapeutic efficacy of bedsore can be considered as index of survival andprognosis.
