Alcoholic Liver Fibrosis Syndrome Research

Objective:Along with the increasing alcohol consumption, the incidence of alcoholic liver disease (ALD) showed an upward trend year by year. It becomes the second liver disease only after the Viral liver disease. Therefore, the WHO has aroused much attention. Experiment shows that the Alcoholic Liver Fibrosis (ALF) is reversible, and Chinese medicine has potential advantages and distinctive feature in prevention and treatment of ALF. This research subject is aimed at by means of the methods and doctrines of Clinical Epidemiological Research, we aim at to probe the TCM syndromes of distributing principle of patients with ALF, Syndrome Elements of Disease Location in ALF, and relations between biochemical examination results and the TCM syndromes of distributing principle of ALF patients, and try to provide evidence and reference for the objective and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods:The composition of this research topic is theoretical research on ALF and the clinical study. In the part of theory study mainly includes there aspects. First, Summarizing the recently TCM syndromes of distributing principle of ALF; Second, The progress of Chinese medicine syndrome; Third, Alcohol-induced liver fibrosis research license Su. In the clinical investigation, our group studied clinical cases in multi-center prospective method. Collect 156 ALF cases from several grade there hospitals in Beijing an Shandong province. Set database, using Logistic regression analysis, principal component analysis and factor analysis, try to research the correlation between the index and the TCM syndrome type.Result:The mainly Risk Factor of ALF is heavy alcohol consumption and the duration of alcohol consumption. It conclusion that Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency syndrome(42.31%)＞Retention of Damp-Heat syndrome(32.05%)＞Obstruction of Collaterals by blood stasis syndrome(19.23%)＞Deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin(4.49%).＞Yang eficiency of the Spleen(1.92%).In laboratory examination aspects, Modeling by stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that A/G were associated with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis. And Introduced biochemical examination into TCM Syndrome Differentiation field.Conclusion:①the heavy alcohol consumption and the duration of alcohol consumption are the most important factors which effected on the distribution of the characteristics of TCM syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis, so it is important to temperance and antialcoholism in ALF.②establish the factor analysis models, and permit the distribution of characteristics of elements, so that standardization of TCM has enriched syndrome classification method.
