Background:Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) is a common disease in Department of respiration,affects our quality of life, health and lives greatly,adds huge burden to the families and society. With the course of COPD,Most of patients will appear pulmonary hypertension, become pulmonary heart disease.According to recent study, the patients with COPD is one of the important reasons caused and aggravated pulmonary hypertension.becase of tiny thrombosis in pulmonary vascular.The hypercoagulation also plays an important role in endothelial dysfunction.Tissue-type Plasminogen Activator(tPA) and Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor(PAI-1) mainly produced by vascular endothelium are important proteins having opposite functions in the fibrinolytic system.In some patients with COPD,tPA content redeced,increased PAI-1.COPD is likely to cough,asthma、Lung distension-. Phlegm in the theory of traditional chinese medicine.Blood stasis is the main pathological product and pathogenic factor.Promoting blood flow to dissolve blood stasis improve the hypercoagulation of the patient with COPD,but the improvement of vascular endothelial function and stability of fibrinolytic system is realization of whether the patients with COPD are treated by the method.Objective:Through investigating the hypercoagulation of the patient with COPD treated by promoting blood flow to dissolve blood stasis,the complication and mortality rate is reduced in the patient with COPD. MethodsiThe COPD patients were recruited by Pulmonary function tests.based in 2014 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD. Criteria for inclusion of the COPD patients:1、the Concentration of plasma D-dimer above 300ug/L,2、Lung and kidney qi deficiency of differentiation of traditional Chinese Medicine. Grouping and treatment:The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases),tPA、PAI-1 and Pulmonary artery pressure of Cardiac ultrasound were tested.Tonifying kidney and lung、fixing gas and asthma、promoting blood flow to dissolve blood stasis were applicated in the experimental group, Tonifying kidney and lung、fixing gas and asthma were applicated in the control group.The course of the two treatments were 3 months.tPA、PAI-1 and Pulmonary artery pressure of Cardiac ultrasound were tested again.Statistical analysis was performed on all data. Results:1、There was no significant difference in the character of age and gender between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05).2% The level of the plasma D-dime、tPA、PAI-1、Pulmonary artery pressure were significant difference after the treat in the experimental group.The level of the plasma D-dime、tPA、PAI-1、Pulmonary artery pressure were no significant difference after the treat in the control group.The level of the plasma D-dime were negatively related to tPA (p=0.885).The level of the plasma D-dime were positively related to PAI-1 (r=0.89)Conclusion:The method of promoting blood flow to dissolve blood stasis can reduce the level of the plasma D-dime and PAI-1, increase PAI-1 to the COPD patient in the state of hypercoagulation.Promoting blood flow to dissolve blood stasis regulate the state of hypercoagulation in the COPD patient by improving vascular endothelial function.But the Pulmonary artery pressure can not be improved,maybe Sample size was small,and the patients choiced were mild.Pulmonary artery pressure of the COPD patient was not increased and so on.
