Since Clinical Research, Intended Decoction Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia (spleen Deficiency Phlegm And Blood Type)

Objective:binding Spleen vacuity and stagnation of phlegm is the main pathogenesis of (Hyperlipidemia.HLP). This research observes the clinical curative effect of the jiangzhi soup in order to treat Hyperlipidemia (binding Spleen vacuity and stagnation of phlegm pattern), to further discuss and recognize the HLP pathology mechanism and the function mechanism of jiangzhi soup.Methods:60 patients of HLP were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group & control group). We applied the jianzhisoup to Replenishing Qi to Invigorate the Spleen, reducing phlegm and eliminating Dampness, promoting Blood circulation by removing Blood Stasis as method;30 patients in control group were given xuezhikang capsule. The author systematically observed the influence of the jiangzhi soup on the patients' Total Cholesterol,Triglycerides,High Density Lipoprotein Cho1esterol,Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol and the improvement of clinical symptom.Results:The clinical observation results indicated: the treatment group showed that clinical control rate was 30.00%,the efficiency was 56.67%; the total effectiveness was 93.33%. The control group showed clinical control rate was 23.33%,the efficiency as 30.00%; the total effectiveness as 56.67%. The clinical effectiveness and comparative total effectiveness of the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). This showed that the results of treatment group surpassed the control group in the efficacy of the medicines used.Conclusion:Thejiangzhi soup is effective on treating HLP, and worth popularizing and recipe is effective on applying on clinic.
