Clinical Observation Of Jiangzhi Tongluo Soft Capsule In The Treatment Of Primary Hyperlipidemia (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the safety and clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule in the treatment of primary hyperlipidemia(qi sta gnation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:We Selected Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Second Hospital,between 2016 March to 2016 December out patient diagnosed with primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation blood stasi s)in 64 patients,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 32 cases,the control group of 32 cases,the ratio of 1:1.Take randomized,double-blind,double-simulated,positive drug-controlled cli nical trial design,take the cucumber capsule as a control drug,observe the effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule on patients with relevant s afety indicators,TCM syndrome integral,and LDL-C,TC,HDL-C meas ured values change in the efficacy of the impact of indicators.Result:1.The index of safety comparison:compared with the contr of group,the blood group,liver function,renal function,coagulation an d electrocardiogram P values>0.05,the difference was not statistically si gnificant.2.The curative effect of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate was 90.3%in the treatment group and 76.7%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment Decreased,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that lipid-lowering Tongluo soft capsule can improve the primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation blood stasis)patients with traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,reduce TCM syndrome score.3.LDL-C efficacy comparison:there was no significant difference in LDL-C between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of patients before treatment LDL-C is comparable.Compared with the control group,the LDL-C in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule on LDL-C was better than that of PuShen capsule.4.TC,HDL-C efficacy comparison:there was no significant difference in TC and HDL-C between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of patients before treatment TC and HDL-C is comparable.Compared with the control group,the TC in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule on TC was better than that of PuShen capsule.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups after treatment,(P>0.05),differences were statistically significant,indicating that Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule in the elevated HDL-C and PuShen capsule quite.Conclusion:1.Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule can reduce the primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation blood stasis)patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome total points.2.Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule can reduce the primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation blood stasis)patients with TC,LDL-C,elevated patients with HDL-C.3.Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule non-toxic side effects,safe and reliable.
