The main problem to be solved by developing College English Courses Interactive Studying Platform is how to make effective use of web resources under the background of web educational technology, to develop College English WebCT interactive learning platform and to cultivate students'ability of English speaking, listening, reading and writing.The primary technique measures used in this paper are web database, ASP.NET, and using ADO to access database. To build a Topics Discussion Teaching Platform based on the WebCT interactive learning platform. Under the original English teaching concepts and modes, to advocate student-centered personalized learning, to make full use of network teaching resources and to set up multi-dimensional platform of English language teaching.
