Realism and anti-realism have been disputing for a long time, which has continued from ancient Greece to contemporary. After Linguistics in the 20th century, the debates showed new features, as the core issue, the issue of truth and meaning of the debate also has a new interpretation along with it. To understand and grasp of it helps us accurately understand and use natural language. Whether the statement is true is because there are objective facts, whether the true value of statement is the significance of a statement, whether there is relationship between the meaning and people's rational cognition, etc.,These are the focus debates of realism and anti-realism. These are very anti-realism and the focus of debate on the issue. Famous contemporary linguistic philosopher, representatives of anti-realism, Michael.Dummett proposed the "the Theory of Meaning".Standing on the anti-realism position, this paper deeply analysised Dummett's theory of meaning, to clarify its anti-realist position. For this reason, this paper focuses on the following issues:First, debate between realism and anti-realism. This section traces the form of realism problem existing in each historical period, introduces the historical background of linguistic turn of the 20th century, points out that after the linguistic turn the controversy between the two are all closely related with the language, deeply analyzes the representative debate between them in contemporary, highlights some of the methods and strategies of Dummett'critics about the realism.Second, the context intervention of truth. In this part, intervents the principle of context in the process of judging the truth, demonstrates decisive role and tectonic features of the context on the truth; infiltrates the context principle into syntax, pragmatics and semantics; generalized the scope of the framework of the context; extends the function of context in rational field.;explains the dynamic nature of truth;emphasized the importance of language practice, weakens the centeral point of truth, enhances the constructing functions for human ration in the process of identifying truth. Third, the. This part reasonably explains the relationship between meaning, knowledge and understanding through analizing it. Meaning is both a theory of knowledge, and a theory of understanding, and eventually consider it as a theory of knowledge about understanding. Pointing out the effect of syntactic structure in the process of understanding the meaning of statement, and then transiting to the analysis of inmlicit knowledge, and persistantly displaying it in the process of pragmatic. And reviews the ways of the inmlicit knowledge displaying.Fourth, the construction of meaning. This section mainly analizes the intention as the essential setting of the meaning;pointed out that the process of constructing meaning is the implementation of intention, and realizes that the implementation is just Dummett so-called justifacation, which reveals the following characteristics of Dummett's meaning construction:(1) Speaker is the base of the forming of meaning; (2) highlight the experience dimension of meaning;(3) having the the basis of producing certainty;(4) relativity; (5)it's practical performance, and other features.Based on the above discussions, we draw conclusions. In the 20th century, the anti-realism is a theory about of language, meaning and logic; Dummett's discussion abou the meaning can be considered as a methodology of anti-realism. The principle of two values and excluded middle, etc. which is insisted by Realism are powerless under this strategy. The understanding of meaning should be placed on the practical aspects of pragmatics. The speaker,as a subject, his role is absolutely not to be ignored. The analysis of meaning construction is affected by certain intention...
