Fung-Yun lan, as a modern Chinese historian of the famous philosopher and philosophy, his academic work services in the "Interpretation of the new life the old country and auxiliary" era proposition. As a modern Neo-Confucianism, his analysis of the use of modern Western llogic, reconstruction of Confucian metaphysical system, the academic spirit and Kong Ziru science is the same strain.This same strain is mainly reflected in the content,not form of confucius from his academic history,we can see that he not only learn from the backbone of the Kong Ziru to transform the traditional philosophy, and play the contents of their inheritance. The traditional Chinese thinking and culture of the modern interpretation of Confucian philosophy is a loss within the creation, not only responded to the challenges of modern Western philosophy, but also demonstrates the inherent spirit of Confucianism, and conform to the requirements of the development of modern society and modern survival of feelings. The development of Confucianism for the rich resources of traditional Chinese philosophy and to explore the modern value of traditional culture, has important theoretical and practical significance, which embody the Fung-Yun Lan is committed to maintaining the old state of identity and individiality, while contributing to a new life academic practice. At the same time, we also see the Spirit of Confucianism inheritance. On the other hand, he did not break through the traditional Confucian ignorance of individul freedom and individual rights of ideological orientation. Based on the his-tory of ideas and social history method of combining, Fung-Yun Lan revaluation of this academic pratice of modern Confucian values, want to draw the idea of modern social service resources.
