Heaven was treated as divinity in Chinese ancient philosophy, heaven could bring fate to people, decide the peoples’fate. Rulers then represented himself "I was ordered from the heaven", turning his own volition as orders which from the heaven, and call it "mandate of heaven", furthermore, using it as the reasonable gist to dominate and oppress the public. In ancient times, effects of "the mandate of heaven" is omnipresent to people, having profound impacts on every part of social lives. Therefore, politicians take this problem seriously very much.Li Tuixi epitomized neo-confucianism in dynasty of Korea, His mandate of heaven stepped into and developed the thought of Hsi’s. Li Tuixi, as a neo-confucianist, made a characteristic explanation on "the mandate of heaven". His mandate of heaven, has great significance on the ’thought of mandate of heaven in dynasty of Korea. Discussion on Li Tuixi’s mandate of heaven could help us further understand his system of thought on neo-confucianism, also good to made us understand the harmony between the heaven and man deeply.
