As the enrollment expansion of colleges in China since 1999, at present our country has become higher education great nation, but the population growth of higher education does not represent our country has become higher education powerful nation. Talent cultivation, the quality of talents in the field of higher education have become a very core, very important task. Released in September 2004"The Central 16th File"points out: "With the aim of the all-round development of undergraduates , it needs the quality-oriented education " Visibly, strengthening college students comprehensive literacy has become the focus of the work of colleges .Among them, the psychological quality is an important part of comprehensive quality, whether college students have good psychological quality, especially the resilience in hardship will affect their life and their future development, will also affect whether they can become the qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism .The thesis maintains that students in the face of various plights, they lack the ways of coping and psychological adjustment skills. Accordingly, all kinds of students events often happen in universities and students themselves in different extent also received some damage and influence. Analyzing main reason lies in the present universities lack of relative adversity quotient education countermeasure for college students, and enough attention of the resilience of cultivating. In the related literature review, this paper puts forward the adversity quotient education countermeasure for college students in study, life, feelings, employment . It also provides some references for college instructors. This study through questionnaires and interviews of college students'psychological perplexity and the ways of coping in study, life, feelings, employment adversities. The study finds that students facing these specific adversities will create anxiety, helpless, irritable and other bad mood, and the coping ways are different. Therefore teaching them how to cognize adversity, learn the necessary ways to deal with will have a positive influence in their life.
