In contemporary society, Cultural construction became especially important, how to combine the urban culture with the rural culture is also an important issue to the study. This study cross-cultural communication theory Perspective to culture as the main agricultural operators for the study of urban and rural culture of the members selected for the village of Changsha city and for the investigation of Loudi Z location, members of the urban and rural culture, urban and rural cultural awareness, behavior and psychology are analyzed and discussed.Firstly, the author has proposed studying and supposing according to studying the survey and cross-cultural communication theory, and operate the concrete index and melt.Secondly, the author discover something by collecting and analyzing data:managing cultural rural products has leaded the relative awareness about urban and rural cultural members, which has made the cultural convergence theory to be true, the structure of the convergence awareness about urban and rural cultural members has developed the effectiveness of success of communication between urban culture and rural culture, so the culture construction theory has been proved true, in the sight of culture organization, the activities of organization affect the relation between members and the feeling of each member,which has made members to search the ways to relief Anxiety and uncertainty,then the Anxiety and uncertainty management theory has been proved.Finally,the author combines the discovers with the defects,and discuss the meaning and the point of this study.Basing on the culture dissemination theoretical horizon,the function agricultural research and the cultural organization vision,the anthor conclude the factors which is affecting the communication between urban and rural culture.then the method that thinkings of urban and cultural should be analyzed in more angles and indexes has been mentioned.which can devote to the whole recognition of characters of one's mind and the communication between urban and rural culture.
