Kong Guangsen Rams Spring And Autumn Chuan Tong Yi Jane Theory

Any academic study is associated with particular social existence and has to undergo a developing, thriving and declining process. The academic development has its internal regularity, at the same time influenced by political, economic, cultural and other external factors. In Qing Dynasty, traditional xiaoxue reached its unprecedented height, especially the "QianJia School". Although the "QianJia School" is the academic main stream, it also begins to divide due to the national situation and personal factors. Some scholars are not satisfied with the study of exploring the meaning and then turn to explore the thought, for example the study of gongyangxue. Kong Guangsen is the representative of those scholars.Kong Guangsen has the profound Confucian heritage. He once learned under the guidance of some well-known scholars such as Dai zhen, Yao Nai, Zhuang Cunyu. So he is a accomplished economist. He suffers from the family misfortune and dies at a very young age, but he writes a lot of books, for example his famous book gong yang chun qiu jing zhuan tong yi. This book reflects his thought about gong yang xue and there are many refreshing ideas in it. When it is published, it arouses a heated discussion in the academic circle. People who support it think that it enriches the gong yang xue by He Xiu. The opponents argue that it has little academic value and excludes the author from the circle of gong yang xue.This paper is no longer entangled in the fact that whether Kong Guangsen obeys the rule of gong yang xue. But based on the comprehensive analysis of the notes, the study gives a new explanation of gong yang tong yi from the perspective of reasoning and gloss. In reasoning, the author reads gong yang tong yi xu carefully and gives a whole explanation about the thought of gong yang xue. Then Kong Guangsen's thought of gong yang xue is elaborated from the perspective of ethics, politics, war and disasters. Due to the limited space, I only select the representative examples for analysis. In glossing, typical examples are chosen to analyze the value of Kong Guangsen's thought about gloss and then summarize the gloss methods. Then the features in explaining the classic work are analyzed.Although Kong Guangsen's study of gong yang xue has a strong tendency of gloss, we can't deny it blindly, because it is inseparable with the historical background and the academic aura. We can't judge his thought according to the standard of the thriving period of gong yang xue, which is not fair and also against the historical materialism. The Kong Guangsen's achievements of gong yang xue are even praised by Liu Fenglu, Song Xiangfeng and Pi Xirui.
