Girls are better then boys. The results show that students have normal mental health. We have 5 students, 2.3% of total, got a medium severity score in MHT test. The result show Learning Anxiety particularly is the worst mental health. The ratio is 35.7%.The second is Body Symptoms,The ratio is 14.5%.Others are Allergic tendencies(9.5%)>Anxiety to People(4.5%)>TendencytoBlameOneself(3.6%)=Terrorist endencies(3.6 %)>Impulsion Tendency(3.2%)>Lonely tendency(2.3%).Schoolgirls have worse mental health than schoolboys. There is no significant difference between urban students and rural students. The data sufficiently illustrates the necessity and urgency of mental health education in secondary vocational school. A mental unhealthy student couldn't become qualified personnel for national development. Thus, implementing mental health education in secondary vocational school to make every student have healthy psychological quality not only benefit to the school teaching, but also infuse new life into moral education.Based on MHT test, these three factors, learning anxiety, self-blame tendency and physical symptom highly correlated with academic achievement. Schoolgirls have better achievement than schoolboys. Students'achievement and student background (urban or rural) have no significant correlation. Conclusion:Our school should implement mental health work for secondary vocational students based on gender characteristics. According to their own characteristics of every student and existent problems, some preventive measures need to be done. We must fully inspire teachers and parents so they could intervene in students'learning activities with right attitude. These three sides closely cooperate with each other and form a resultant force which could improve the level of mental health.
